UVB vitamin D sunlamps:
Sperti
Mitolux (pricey but has both IR/NIR and UVB – a good buy if you’d like red light therapy in addition to your UVB)
EMR-TEK (also has combined infrared & near-infrared with UVB products; 40% off with code NURSE81564)
Electrolyte solutions – I first discovered these when marathon training and I keep them on hand for years now. My children drink various ones after sports and we all use them in hot weather. Very important for illnesses, too, especially when febrile:
Jigsaw Electrolyte Supreme (this has gotten me 26.2 miles…..and tastes like old-school 1980s Gatorade)
Liquid I.V. (easily purchased at all the big-box retailers like Costco, Sam’s Club, and Target)
LMNT (controversial because it was found to contain an undisclosed amount of maltodextrin, which can impact blood sugar. I still have boxes leftover that I purchased before that; discern if this is right for you but it is an excellent electrolyte solution)

* These bills both claim to have safeguards in them protecting both patients and healthcare workers, but we have seen how these “programs” can easily be expanded. And any euthanasia, even in the actively dying, must always be opposed.

I’m launching a podcast! Sure there are great Catholic podcasts already in existence, and everyone has something to “bring to the table” so to speak. I am not trying to take away from any other Catholic media out there, just adding my two cents. Some episodes will feature just me, while others will feature guests who are people I have learned from and I want to give them a microphone to share their knowledge with you!
